Establishes the "Mozelle senior or vulnerable adult medical alert act" creating an official response protocol for reports of missing seniors (age 60+) or vulnerable adults who cannot return home without assistance.

Requires law enforcement agencies to prepare a report within the missing person notification that includes physical description, last known location, address, preliminary investigation findings, and an officer's assessment of the case.

Mandates law enforcement forward missing person reports to relevant jurisdictions, broadcasters, and newspapers in areas where the missing person may be located, requesting public notification of the alert.

Grants civil immunity to broadcasters and newspapers that publish missing person information provided by law enforcement, except in cases of gross negligence or willful, wanton, or intentional misconduct.

Requires the person who reported the missing senior or vulnerable adult to notify law enforcement when the person is found.
