Establishes the "Michigan freedom to work for individuals with disabilities law" program providing medical assistance to employed individuals with disabilities who earn income exceeding typical limits.

Restricts eligibility to individuals ages 16-64 who are disabled under federal SSI or SSDI programs, employed on a regular basis, and have countable income not exceeding 250% of federal poverty guidelines.

Allows program participants to accumulate up to $75,000 in personal savings and unlimited retirement/IRA accounts without losing medical assistance eligibility.

Permits temporary employment breaks up to 24 months for involuntary layoffs, medical necessity, or employment-related relocation.

Establishes sliding-scale monthly premiums based on gross income: no premium below 138% of federal poverty guidelines, 7.5% monthly for income between 138% and $75,000 annually, and 100% of average program cost for income exceeding $75,000 annually.
