Requires window blinds sold in Michigan to include a warning about the danger of accidental hanging or strangulation from unsecured window blind cords.

Modifies Section 3 of the Consumer Protection Act to reference the new window blind safety requirements as an unlawful unfair trade practice under subsection (1)(ll).

Applies to all window blind retail sales in Michigan, establishing safety standards to protect consumers, particularly children, from cord-related hazards.
