Allows parents or guardians to enroll students from grades 1-12 in nonpublic schools or homeschooled students in district public school offerings at public school sites, with state aid provided only for regularly scheduled school hours instruction available to full-time pupils.

Permits nonpublic school students to enroll in curricular offerings provided by districts at nonpublic school sites if the nonpublic school is registered with the state department and meets all reporting requirements.

Limits instruction at nonpublic school sites to nonessential elective courses and requires offerings to be provided by certified teachers and available to full-time pupils in the same grade level or age group at public school sites during regular school hours.

Allows eligible alternative districts or public school academies to provide instruction at nonpublic school sites if the home district declines the request by May 1 or within 60 days after submission, with eligible districts limited to those in the same or contiguous intermediate districts.

Requires districts to respond in writing to nonpublic school requests for instruction by May 1 or within 60 days if requested after March 1, specifying which portions of requested instruction the district will or will not provide.
