Amends the search warrant statute (MCL 780.652a) to authorize courts to issue search warrants for hair, tissue, blood, or other fluid samples when there is probable cause that an individual violated specific criminal sexual conduct statutes (MCL 750.520b, 750.520c, or 750.520d).

Permits seizure of biological samples from the accused individual, any child resulting from the violation, or remains of an unborn child if the violation resulted in a terminated pregnancy.

Clarifies that courts retain authority to issue search warrants for other evidence as deemed appropriate.

Takes effect July 1, 2012, contingent upon enactment of Senate Bill No. 596 of the 96th Legislature.
