Prohibits removing, disguising, cloaking, covering, concealing, or masking the colored markings required on toy, look-alike, or imitation firearms under state or federal law.

Prohibits adding or installing required colors or markings on a firearm in a way that makes it appear more like an imitation firearm.

Establishes violations as felonies punishable by imprisonment for not more than 18 months, a fine of not more than $10,000, or both.

Exempts manufacturers, importers, and distributors of imitation firearms, as well as lawful use of imitation firearms in motion pictures, television, stage, or other theatrical productions.

Defines "imitation firearm" as a BB gun, toy gun, firearm replica, or device substantially similar in coloration and appearance to a firearm that would lead a reasonable person to perceive it as a real firearm.
