Amends the Revised Judicature Act of 1961 to modify judicial district composition in Michigan's Upper Peninsula districts.

Modifies the 93rd district (Schoolcraft and Alger counties) to have a probate judge serve as district judge upon vacancy or when the incumbent judge no longer seeks election or reelection.

Modifies the 97th district (Houghton, Keweenaw, and Baraga counties) to have probate judges serve as district judges in their respective counties, with different arrangements depending on whether a new probate court district is created.

Modifies the 98th district (Ontonagon and Gogebic counties) to have separate probate judges from each county serve as district judges within their respective counties upon vacancy or when the incumbent judge no longer seeks election or reelection.

Changes become effective upon the occurrence of a vacancy in each district's judge position or when the incumbent judge's term begins if the judge is not seeking reelection.
