Amends the Revised Judicature Act of 1961 to reduce the forty-first judicial circuit from 2 judges to 1 judge, effective upon the earlier of: a vacancy in a circuit judge position or when an incumbent circuit judge no longer seeks election or reelection.

Modifies the ninety-fifth-a district (Menominee County) to reduce from 1 judge to having the probate judge serve as district judge, effective upon the earlier of: a vacancy in the district judge position or when an incumbent district judge no longer seeks election or reelection.

Establishes the ninety-fifth-b district consisting of Dickinson and Iron counties as a first class district with 1 judge.

The forty-first judicial circuit continues to consist of Dickinson, Iron, and Menominee counties.
