Amends the Revised Judicature Act of 1961 to modify probate judge requirements across Michigan counties.

Reduces Wayne County probate judges from 9 to 8 judges upon the earliest occurrence of a vacancy or judge retirement.

Reduces Kalamazoo County probate judges from 3 to 2 judges when a vacancy occurs or an incumbent judge no longer seeks election.

Reduces the seventh judicial district (Van Buren County) circuit court judges from 2 to 1 judge upon the earliest occurrence of a vacancy or judge retirement.

Establishes that Berrien, Calhoun, Genesee, Ingham, Macomb, Monroe, Muskegon, Saginaw, St. Clair, and Washtenaw counties each have 2 probate judges; Kent and Oakland counties each have 4 probate judges.
