Amends the Revised Judicature Act of 1961 to modify the judicial structure of the sixty-sixth district court.

The sixty-sixth district, consisting of Shiawassee County, is established as a first-class district with 2 judges under the current law.

Reduces the sixty-sixth district from 2 judges to 1 judge, effective on the earlier of two dates: when a vacancy occurs in a district judge position, or when an incumbent judge no longer seeks election or reelection.

The reduction takes effect automatically upon either triggering event without requiring additional legislative action.
