Reduces the seventy-fifth district court from 2 judges to 1 judge, effective on the earlier of: a vacancy in the district judge office, or when an incumbent judge no longer seeks election or reelection.

Both reductions apply to judicial positions in Midland County.

Changes take effect automatically when either triggering event occurs, without requiring additional legislative action.
