Removes Arenac County from the twenty-third judicial circuit composition, leaving Alcona, Iosco, and Oscoda counties.

Reduces the eighty-first district from 1 judge to probate judges serving within their respective counties (Alcona, Arenac, Iosco, and Oscoda), effective upon vacancy or incumbent judge's departure.

Removes Crawford County from the eighty-third district, leaving only Roscommon County, with the probate judge serving as district judge effective upon vacancy or incumbent judge's departure.

All reductions take effect on the earlier date of either a vacancy in the judicial office or when an incumbent judge no longer seeks election/reelection.
