Modifies probate court judge requirements for six Michigan counties, reducing judgeships in Gratiot, Hillsdale, Chippewa, and Delta counties effective January 1, 2012.

Gratiot County reduces from 1 judge to 2 judges (January 1, 2012) then back to 1 judge (January 1, 2013) through combination with sixty-fifth-b judicial district judge position.

Hillsdale County increases to 2 judges (January 1, 2012) through combination with second-b judicial district judge, then reduces to 1 judge upon vacancy or when incumbent judge no longer seeks election.

Chippewa and Delta counties each increase to 2 judges (January 1, 2012) through combination with ninety-first and ninety-fourth judicial districts respectively, then reduce to 1 judge upon vacancy or when incumbent judge no longer seeks election.

Incumbent judges of the affected judicial districts automatically become probate judges for their respective counties for the balance of their current terms when office combinations take effect.
