Requires written disclosure materials provided at time of solicitation that include notice of potential duplicate coverage, confirmation enrollment is not required, and a summary of material coverage terms.

Mandates disclosure include identity of insurer, deductible amounts, coverage benefits, key terms regarding repair or replacement options, claim filing process, and cancellation/refund rights.

Defines motor vehicle as a motorized vehicle designed for transporting passengers or goods.

Effective January 2, 2013.
