Amends the definition of "municipal corporation" in 1951 PA 35 to include counties, charter counties, townships, cities, villages, school districts, community colleges, public authorities, and drainage districts.

Expands the definition of "municipal corporation" for purposes of sections 5 to 12b to include public transportation corporations.

Defines "public transportation corporation" as a nonprofit corporation organized under 1982 PA 162 (MCL 450.2101 to 450.3192) whose primary purpose is providing public transportation services or that receives funding under section 10e of 1951 PA 51 (MCL 247.660e).

References the definition of "public transportation" from section 10c of 1951 PA 51 (MCL 247.660c).
