Total state spending from state resources is $100.00 with $0 going to local units of government for fiscal year 2012-2013.

Legislature intends to provide appropriations for fiscal year 2013-2014 at the same levels as 2012-2013, adjusted for caseload changes, federal fund match rates, economic factors, and available revenue.
