Prohibits possession or use of marijuana on school buses, school grounds (preschool, primary, and secondary), correctional facilities, and on private property where the owner has established a prohibition.

Prohibits smoking marijuana on public transportation and in public places (including portions of private property open to the public), and on private property where the owner has prohibited it.

Prohibits operating, navigating, or being in physical control of any motor vehicle, aircraft, or motorboat while under the influence of marijuana.

Establishes a $500 fine for fraudulent representation to law enforcement regarding medical marijuana use to avoid arrest or prosecution, in addition to any other applicable penalties.

Clarifies that employers are not required to accommodate marijuana ingestion in the workplace or allow employees to work while under the influence, and insurance programs are not required to reimburse medical marijuana costs.
