Amends Michigan Vehicle Code section 224 to authorize the Secretary of State to develop and offer a vehicle registration plate recognizing Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore as "the most beautiful place in America" as an alternative to the standard design registration plate.

The Sleeping Bear Dunes registration plate must comply with all requirements applicable to standard design registration plates under the Vehicle Code.

Removes obsolete language regarding "beads on paint" registration plates and implementation timelines from previous legislation.

Makes minor grammatical corrections to existing registration plate provisions, including changing singular references to plural for types of registration plates issued for rental vehicles.

Maintains all existing requirements for registration plate visibility, legibility from 100 feet during daylight, and display of registration numbers, state name, and expiration information.
