Amends Michigan's Code of Criminal Procedure (1927 PA 175) to add six felonies related to horse racing, state lottery, city lottery, and casino gaming to the sentencing guidelines under MCL 777.14d.

Adds MCL 431.257 (disposition of horse racing funds, Class G, statutory max 2 years) to sentencing guidelines.

Adds MCL 431.307(8) (false testimony to racing commissioner, Class G, statutory max 4 years), MCL 431.330(4) (administering drugs to racing horses, Class G, statutory max 5 years), and MCL 431.332 (influencing race results, Class G, statutory max 5 years) to sentencing guidelines.

Adds MCL 432.30 (forging state lottery tickets, Class G, statutory max 5 years) and MCL 432.67 (forging city lottery tickets, Class G, statutory max 5 years) and MCL 432.73 (unauthorized lottery confidential disclosure, Class G, statutory max 5 years) to sentencing guidelines.

Adds MCL 432.218 (casino gaming offenses, Class D, statutory max 10 years) to sentencing guidelines.

Takes effect only upon enactment and effectiveness of House Bill No. 5417 from the 96th Legislature.
