Amends Section 10 of the Revised School Code (MCL 380.10) to establish that parents and legal guardians have a natural, fundamental right to determine and direct the care, teaching, and education of their children.

Requires public schools to cooperate with parents and legal guardians to develop pupils' intellectual capabilities and vocational skills in a safe and positive environment.

Establishes that parents, legal guardians, and pupils have the role of determining the best postsecondary educational opportunity to fit the individual pupil's goals and objectives.

Requires consideration of all postsecondary educational opportunities including internships, apprenticeships, 2-year degrees, 4-year degrees, and advanced degrees based on the career sought by the pupil.
