State administrative board authorized to exchange state-owned property under Department of Corrections jurisdiction for ownership rights of Grand River Environmental Action Team (GREAT) in adjacent property in Blackman Township, Jackson County.

Exchange involves three specifically described parcels: one 5.77-acre parcel transferred to GREAT and two parcels (1.99 acres and 2.06 acres) transferred to the state, located along the Grand River Drain and Portage River Drain.

Department of Technology, Management, and Budget manages the property exchanges and Department of Corrections reimburses all appraisal and closing costs.

All conveyances made by quitclaim deed approved by the Attorney General; state retains right to 1/2 of gross revenue from any oil, gas, or mineral development on conveyed property.

Revenue from mineral development deposited into state treasury and credited to the general fund; effective immediately upon Governor's approval on December 14, 2012.
