Allows persons with disabilities to transport an unloaded firearm in a vehicle (except cars or trucks) on a state-licensed game bird hunting preserve if the vehicle operates at no more than 10 miles per hour.

Permits persons with disabilities to possess a loaded firearm and discharge it to take an animal from a vehicle (except cars or trucks) on a state-licensed game bird hunting preserve when the vehicle is not moving.

Requires persons with disabilities to carry proof of eligibility under the Michigan vehicle code (disability certificate, placard, or special registration plate) and provide it upon request of a peace officer.

Defines "person with a disability" for hunting purposes as someone with blindness, severe mobility limitations, lung disease, cardiovascular disease, or other diagnosed conditions creating severe mobility limitations.

Effective immediately upon approval by the Governor on June 25, 2012.
