Creates a task force on the prevention of sexual abuse of children within the Department of Social Services, appointed by the governor with geographic diversity representation

Requires task force membership to include professionals with expertise in child abuse prevention, education, child welfare, domestic violence prevention, child assessment centers, therapy, judiciary, and school boards

Task force shall submit a final report with recommendations to the governor and legislature within 365 days, including guidelines for school policies, age-appropriate abuse awareness programs, and a statewide child sexual abuse protocol

Requires task force to gather information on child sexual abuse, review programs in other states, develop educational materials for parents on warning signs, and make recommendations for statutory changes and interagency cooperation

Task force members serve without compensation and the task force is abolished upon submission of the final report; bill takes effect only if SB 1113 of 2012 is enacted
