Prohibits physicians from requiring patients to sign contracts or agreements as a condition of treatment that prevent patients from posting negative commentary about the physician, their practice, expertise, or medical treatment on any public media forum.

Prohibits health facilities and agencies from requiring patients to sign contracts or agreements as a condition of treatment that prevent patients from posting negative commentary about the facility, its physicians, their practice and expertise, or medical treatment provided.

Defines "public media forum" as the internet or any other medium designed or intended to convey information to other individuals, including platforms that require membership or passwords to view information.

Defines "patient" by reference to section 20175a of the Public Health Code.

Applies these prohibitions to both individual physicians (sections 17019 and 17519) and health facilities and agencies (section 20204).
