• Amends the Tax Tribunal Act to prohibit scheduling tribunal proceedings on any day when the local tax board of review is scheduled to meet under the General Property Tax Act.

• Updates statutory language in Section 34 to reference the Open Meetings Act (1976 PA 267, MCL 15.261-15.275) by its current name rather than outdated reference.

• Applies the board of review scheduling prohibition to both general tribunal proceedings and residential property and small claims division proceedings.

• Allows tribunal proceedings to be conducted by one or more tribunal members at various locations throughout the state, with county boards of commissioners providing accommodations except in Lansing.
