Amends MCL 750.465 to require ticket issuers to print the ticket price and seat number (if applicable) on each ticket in conspicuous type.

Requires tickets purchased at locations other than the box office to display any surcharge amount and a statement notifying buyers they can purchase tickets at box office price without the surcharge.

Exempts ticket sales subject to the Event Tickets Act from scalping prohibitions in sections 465(2), (3), (4), and (5).

Creates new MCL 750.465b making it a misdemeanor (punishable by up to 93 days imprisonment or $500 fine) to intentionally use or sell software designed to circumvent security measures or access controls on ticket issuer websites that ensure equitable ticket purchasing.

Effective 90 days after enactment, but only if Senate Bill 1187 of the 96th Legislature is also enacted into law.
