Campaign must target health professionals, health facilities and agencies, local health departments, and the general public.

Campaign must include information about the disease, methods of care and treatment modalities, and sickle cell resources in the state for distribution and referral purposes.

Department must develop a program within 90 days to coordinate services available to state residents from sickle cell disease programs, including state, federal, and voluntary programs.
