Amends Section 7 of the Youth Rehabilitation Services Act (1974 PA 150) to revise procedures for discharging youth from public wardship.

Youth automatically discharged from public wardship at age 19, except those committed for specific serious offenses or criminal sentences.

Youth committed for serious offenses including sexual assault, child abuse, human trafficking, and controlled substance violations are automatically discharged at age 21 instead of age 19.

Youth committed under criminal procedure provisions are automatically discharged at age 21.

Corrects statutory reference from section 18(1)(n) to section 18(1)(l) of the Juvenile Code regarding delayed sentences imposed by family division courts.
