Prohibits obtaining or attempting to obtain access to an agricultural production facility through false statements or representations made with intent to cause damage, remove property/animals, or disrupt operations.

Establishes misdemeanor penalties of up to 93 days imprisonment or $500 fine for violations without resulting loss, damage, or disruption.

Increases penalties to up to 1 year imprisonment or $1,000 fine if the violation results in any loss, damage, or disruption to the facility.

Allows persons to be charged with and convicted of other violations of law arising from the violation of this section in addition to charges under this section.

Defines "agricultural commodity" according to the 1965 Agricultural Commodities Marketing Act and "agricultural production facility" as any facility that grows, manufactures, produces, or processes an agricultural commodity.
