Requires duly authorized agents of county road commissions to wear a clearly visible shoulder patch that identifies the branch of government they represent when enforcing specified vehicle code sections.

Prohibits county road commission agents from carrying firearms while enforcing vehicle code sections 215, 255, 631(1), 717, 719, 719a, 720, 722, 724, 725, and 726 unless one of two conditions is met.

Allows firearm carrying if the agent is certified as a police officer under the Commission on Law Enforcement Standards Act, 1965 PA 203, MCL 28.601 to 28.616.

Allows firearm carrying if the agent is licensed under section 5b of 1927 PA 372 to carry a concealed pistol or is exempt from licensure under section 12a of 1927 PA 372.
