Amends the Pseudorabies and Swine Brucellosis Control and Eradication Act to modify notification requirements when feral swine test positive for brucellosis or pseudorabies.

Director must notify the herd of origin and any herd located within 5 miles of where a positive feral swine was killed or captured, in addition to existing herd-of-origin notification.

When testing is required due to a positive feral swine, the owner of the feral swine must assume all expenses for sample collection and analysis instead of the department bearing these costs.

Herd owners identified as potentially exposed must make swine available for official testing upon director request and provide facilities for handling, restraining, and testing at their own expense when triggered by a feral swine case.
