Allows Michigan driver's license applicants who are veterans of the armed forces to request a veteran designation on their license, with style and format determined by the Secretary of State.

Requires veterans to provide proof of military service, accepted as either a DD 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty) for service after 1950, or a separation document from the armed services for service before 1950.

Permits the veteran designation to include the military branch of service and applies to veterans from Michigan, other states, or the United States armed forces.

Maintains existing driver license requirements regarding physical security features, portrait/landscape format based on age, and license content including name, address, photograph, and expiration date.
