Natural resources; wetlands; permit exemptions for wetlands and inland lakes and streams; revise, and require more information from department justifying denial of any part 13 permits. Amends secs. 1307, 1311, 30103, 30104, 30305, 30306, 30311a, 30311d, 32513 & 32514 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.1307 et seq.) & repeals secs. 30325 & 30329 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.30325 & 324.30329).
