Establishes the "Medical Good-Faith Provisions Act" as Part 204 of the Public Health Code.

Defines "medical futility" as a judgment that further medical treatment of a patient would have no useful result.

Defines "medical futility policy" as any written policy allowing health facility or agency employees and medical professionals to withhold or discontinue treatment based on medical futility.

Requires health facilities or agencies with medical futility policies applicable to patients ages birth to 18 years to provide a copy of that policy upon request to the patient, prospective patient, or their parent or legal guardian.
