Amends MCL 777.17f to add sentencing guidelines for tampering with or removing an electronic monitoring device, classified as a Class G felony with a maximum statutory sentence of 2 years.

Adds sentencing guidelines for failure by a sex offender to provide correct notice of proposed domicile, classified as a Class F felony with a maximum statutory sentence of 4 years.

Adds sentencing guidelines for perjury committed in a prosecutor's investigative hearing, with Class C classification (15-year maximum) for standard perjury and Class B classification (life imprisonment) when the underlying crime is punishable by life imprisonment or any term of years.

Adds sentencing guidelines for a peace officer making a false statement in a complaint, classified as a Class C felony with a 15-year maximum sentence.

Effective date is March 1, 2013, contingent upon Senate Bill 1127 of the 96th Legislature being enacted into law.
