License renewal must occur within 60 days of expiration date, with licenses renewable for up to 3 years in duration.

Annual renewal fees for journey plumbers set at $40.00 and apprentice plumbers at $15.00 (paid on or before September 30, 2012).

Licenses not renewed within 60 days of expiration may be reinstated by applying to the board and paying annual renewal fee plus reinstatement fee of $50.00 for journey plumbers and $20.00 for apprentice plumbers.

Master plumber and plumbing contractor licenses are renewable for 3-year periods, with initial and renewal fees of $300.00 for both categories, and a $100.00 reinstatement fee for licenses not renewed within 60 days.

Department must issue or deny master plumber and plumbing contractor licenses within 90 days of completed application; failure to meet deadline requires refund of license fee and 15% reduction on next renewal fee.
