Amends the Business Corporation Act to revise filing fees charged by the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs administrator for corporate documents.

Sets standardized filing fees at $10.00 for most routine corporate filings including articles of incorporation, amendments, dissolution, assumed names, and corrections.

Establishes higher fees of $50.00 for merger, conversion, and share exchange certificates, and for foreign corporation name registration.

Simplifies the annual report fee structure under section 911 to a flat $25.00 fee, removing the previous tiered pricing based on filing dates.

Allows the administrator to retain revenue from facsimile/electronic transmission fees (up to $50.00) and copying/certification services to defray departmental costs.
