Establish a $25.00 annual registration fee for building officials, inspectors, and plan reviewers, and for applicants seeking registration in these professions.

Require the commission to charge a fee for examining and evaluating training and educational programs and courses for building officials, inspectors, and plan reviewers, with fees bearing a reasonable relation to program costs.

Remove the previous tiered fee structure that charged $10.00 for fees paid after September 30, 2012, and $25.00 for fees paid on or before that date.

Direct the commission to deposit all fees collected under this section into the state construction code fund created under the Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act.
