Amends the Nonprofit Health Care Corporation Reform Act to modify sections 502 and 502a regarding health care corporation contracts with providers.

Makes technical corrections by changing "pursuant to" to "under" throughout the statute for consistency in legislative language.

Removes subsection 11 from section 502, which previously exempted health care corporations from covering chiropractic services added to the scope of practice after January 1, 2009.

Removes subsection 15 from section 502a, which contained similar chiropractic coverage exemption language for prudent purchaser agreements.

Maintains existing protections for optometry services and other health care professions licensed before specific statutory dates while clarifying reimbursement requirements.
