Memorializes Congress and the U.S. Department of Transportation to approve a federal Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) grant for reconfiguring the I-275 and Ford Road interchange in Canton Township, Michigan.

Requests $20.3 million in federal funds to address traffic safety issues, as Ford Road had 248 accidents in 2008 and carries approximately 50,000 vehicles daily through the interchange.

Projects the interchange reconfiguration would reduce vehicle hours traveled by an estimated 10 percent, lower emissions, create an average of 216 jobs per year, and spur economic development in the region.

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Michigan's congressional delegation, and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
