Requires legal notices posted in the city clerk's office to be notarized and permanently retained for public viewing upon request.

Permits cities to post notices on one or more of the following: city website, official newspaper website, public education government channel, public or commercial radio station, or public or commercial television station.

Requires cities to maintain a permanent notice list and send copies of posted legal notices to registered persons within 24 hours via regular mail or electronic mail.

Mandates cities maintain any changed notice posting method for at least 1 year and continue using previous methods for at least 30 days after making changes to the posting method.
