Requires individuals responsible for a minor's care to immediately report the minor's death to police or emergency services, with exceptions if another legally-required person is already responsible or if the individual is temporarily unable to report.

Requires individuals responsible for a child's care to immediately report the child as missing to police if the child's location is unknown and no contact has been made within 24 hours, with an exception if temporarily unable to report.

Allows reporting requirements to be satisfied by calling a 9-1-1 emergency operator and providing the reporter's name and address.

Establishes penalties of up to 4 years imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $5,000 for violating these reporting requirements.

Defines "child" as a person under 13 years old and "minor" as a person under 18 years old; names the law "Caylee Anthony's Law."
