Requires health care corporations to specify in writing what materials constitute a satisfactory claim form within 30 days of receiving a claim, unless the claim is settled within that period.

Applies sections 2006(7)-(14) and 2006a of the 1956 Insurance Code to health care corporations regarding claim payment procedures and requirements.
