Amends the General Property Tax Act to allow county treasurers to publish delinquent property tax notices in "notice publications" (newspapers and similar print media) instead of requiring traditional newspaper publication.

Expands notice options to include posting notices on county treasurer websites for at least 14 days, in addition to or instead of print publication in some circumstances.

Defines "notice publication" to include newspapers, legal newspapers, and print publications meeting specific criteria such as weekly distribution, at least 50% English language content, and at least 25% news/editorial content annually.

Maintains existing requirements for certified mail notices to property owners and occupants, personal property visits to determine occupancy status, and oral/written notifications to occupants about foreclosure timelines and available assistance resources.

Provides that foreclosing governmental units may select notice publications based on cost and circulation, with publication requirements satisfied through a separate insert within the notice publication.
