Modifies Section 6-501.115(B) to permit dogs controlled by customers in outdoor dining areas if no health or safety hazard results from the dog's presence or activities.

Allows local units of government to adopt ordinances more restrictive than the dog provision if desired.

Modifies Section 3-401.14 to establish specific time and temperature requirements for non-continuous cooking of raw animal foods, including initial heating duration limits and cooling procedures.

Modifies Section 2-103.11(L) to require employee training in food safety related to assigned duties.
