Amends Michigan Penal Code Section 316 to add intentionally discharging a firearm at a dwelling or occupied structure under Section 234b as a first degree murder offense when committed during the perpetration of that crime.

Changes the language for vulnerable adult abuse from "first and second degree" to "first or second degree" under Section 145n as a predicate felony for first degree murder.

Changes the language for aggravated stalking from being preceded by "or" to being preceded by "or" in the list of predicate felonies for first degree murder under Section 411i.

Maintains that first degree murder convictions result in life imprisonment sentences.

Applies to murders committed during the perpetration of or attempt to perpetrate the listed felonies, including the newly added firearm discharge offense.
