Amends the Land Division Act to add an exemption allowing school districts and intermediate school districts to partition or split parcels up to 100 acres without platting requirements if used for educational purposes and not for profit.

Changes language in subsection (3)(b) from "and" to "or" to allow additional parcels when either new roads are established or one parcel comprises at least 60% of the parent parcel area.

Modifies subsection (4) to clarify that parcels of 40 acres or more do not count toward the number of parcels permitted under the division limits if the parcel is accessible.

Adds new subsection (7) creating a complete exemption from platting and division requirements for school district and intermediate school district parcels under 100 acres used for educational, non-profit purposes.

Restricts future partitioning of parcels created under the 10-year exemption (subsection 5) to only those methods allowed under platting requirements or subsections (5) and (7).
