Amends the Michigan Code of Criminal Procedure (1927 PA 175) to expand the sentencing guidelines in Chapter XVII to include additional vehicle-related felonies.

Adds odometer tampering (MCL 257.233a(7)) as a Class G felony with a maximum sentence of 5 years.

Adds possession of stolen vehicle title (MCL 257.254) as a Class E felony with a maximum sentence of 10 years.

Adds three offenses related to altering or forging vehicle documents or registration plates with increasing penalties: first offense (Class G, 5 years), second offense (Class G, 7 years), and third or subsequent offense (Class E, 15 years).

Adds two felonies related to unmanned aerial vehicles: operating an armed unmanned aerial vehicle (MCL 259.847(1)) as a Class D felony with 10-year maximum, and improperly disclosing information obtained by an unmanned aerial vehicle on second or subsequent offense (MCL 259.847(3)(b)) as a Class F felony with 4-year maximum; bill does not take effect unless HB 4455 is enacted.
