Allows specially designated distributor and merchant license holders to own or operate motor vehicle fuel pumps on or adjacent to licensed premises if they meet specified conditions.

For neighborhood shopping centers with at least 50,000 square feet of retail space, requires either location in such a center or maintenance of minimum inventory of $50,000.00 (reduced from $250,000.00) excluding alcoholic liquor and motor vehicle fuel.

For townships with population of 7,000 or less not contiguous with other townships, requires $12,500.00 minimum inventory and township approval via resolution.

For cities, villages, or townships with populations of 3,500 or less in counties with 31,000+ population, or 4,000 or less in counties with less than 31,000 population, requires $10,000.00 to $12,500.00 minimum inventory depending on license type.

Allows existing license holders to acquire interests in motor vehicle fuel pumps already operating at the same location, and permits the commission to transfer licenses to persons acquiring such fuel pump interests.
