Amends Michigan's Criminal Code to add sentencing guidelines for violations of MCL 750.213a(3)(a), which criminalizes coercing a female to have an abortion against her will.

Classifies the coercion offense as Variable class with sentencing based on the offense class, offense variable level, and prior record variable level of the underlying offense.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent upon passage of House Bill 4598 or a Senate Bill with the same provisions.

Adds this felony to the list of crimes covered under Chapter XVII of Michigan's Code of Criminal Procedure (sentencing guidelines), alongside existing property crimes, fraud, and impersonation offenses.
